I went on a weekday morning, and there were quite a few people, but the wait wasn’t that long. The consultation with the manager was long, and with the director, it was about 4 minutes; he just marked the line and told me exactly what should be done, then it was over. I think the diagnosis came out quickly because he’s a skilled director, but personally I wanted to communicate a little more, so that was disappointing.
