I found out about it on YouTube and went there, and I was satisfied with the consultation itself with the director! My concern was that not much of the white part at the front of my eyes was exposed, making me look cross-eyed, and the director caught that right away. I also liked that they showed me other surgical cases and clearly explained what was possible and what wasn’t. The consultation wasn’t long; it was about 10 minutes. Like in other reviews, the director did say “Please wait a moment” and left, but since the explanation was already finished, I thought, I see. However, the consultant came in right away, but maybe the consultation details hadn’t been passed on, because they talked about something completely different, so I was really flustered.. The director recommended epicanthoplasty + double eyelid surgery, but the consultant said it seemed like they weren’t recommending epicanthoplasty and suddenly started explaining the cost of double eyelid surgery and ptosis correction??? Ptosis correction hadn’t even come up during the consultation, and I had mainly talked with the director about epicanthoplasty. They didn’t even tell me the canthoplasty cost, so somehow I asked about the canthoplasty cost, checked only the available surgery dates, and left. It had been my first-choice clinic, but it felt like there had been no communication with the consultant at all, so my trust dropped sharply.. Also, another review said the director doesn’t remember all the consultation details on the day of surgery, so I probably won’t have surgery there.
