Still, the director carefully reflected all of my needs and set the optimal line, so I’m very satisfied. I wanted a semi-out line like an in-out, and it really came out exactly the line I wanted..! Actually, back then I was somewhat satisfied with my eyes and was living fine, and since I was someone whose swelling lasted a really long time, I even had a little regret when the swelling wouldn’t go down? haha But when I looked at the before photo, even with swelling my eyes looked so much more open and bigger that I thought, oh, I’m being greedy, and I held out waiting for the swelling to go down. Also, there was some scar from the inner corner surgery for one or two months, but it got better after getting scar injections and such.
The swelling seems to go down quickly if you practice keeping your eyes tense and wide open..! There’s still a little residual swelling, but I know it all goes down with time, so I’m living very satisfied I did it at the tail end of my 20s, so I do regret not doing it sooner.
