Consultation review for eye + nose in Incheon (male)

<Eyes><Nose> Incheon ㅌㅇㅇ. A one-surgeon specialist clinic. I had consultations at about two places, and this was the third one. (The first was Incheon ㅇㅇ clinic, doctor consultation; the second was Incheon ㅌㅁ clinic, only with the consultation manager.) I booked the doctor consultation on a weekday. (Maybe because I asked about booking on the weekend, it was hard to get a same-day doctor consultation. I don’t know about booking with the consultation manager.) First of all, the interior of the clinic had a clean image, and maybe because I went on a weekday, it felt very calm and quiet. The front desk staff also greeted me very kindly. I filled out what I needed to and waited.

My eyes have drooping outer corners, slight three-white-eye appearance, and insufficient lifting strength. + epicanthic folds The estimate was incision + correction + front (slightly upper) canthoplasty. My desired direction was similar to what most men want, so it wasn’t very different from what the director recommended. I had seen reviews saying the director has strong opinions and pushes things hard, but since his opinion matched mine, honestly I didn’t feel that at all. He recommended what he recommended, listened to what I wanted, and gave detailed feedback while showing before-and-after photos from surgeries he had done.

At the first clinic, when I asked about my nose, they said it wasn’t necessary to do it, so I had somewhat put the idea aside. But they said my nose had good material (foundation), so they recommended nose surgery. I’m not sure whether that was a sales pitch or sincere. The reason I had been thinking about my nose was that when I smiled, the corners of my mouth and my cheeks lifted, making it look like an upturned arrow nose? A hooked nose? + wide nostrils And I also heard somewhere that it gets more droopy over time. + deviated septum (one nostril is severely narrow; in dry weather or seasonal changes, it gets miserable) They estimated that because the septum would probably be large, the chance of using rib cartilage was low, around 10 to 30 percent, and they were against autologous rib cartilage. As for why there are so many revision rhinoplasty cases, they explained that in the usual case, people wanted something natural but ended up feeling dissatisfied and not fully happy, and also cases where people got greedy and made it higher, then later lowered it again. They said it didn’t need to be made very high, and explained with a silicone implant that if they used cartilage to raise the tip and correct the bent part, they might end up using too much.

Overall review There was no excessive recommendation, and they emphasized that the surgery method changes depending on the result the patient wants. While consulting, they kept touching and adjusting it again and again, trying to set the line, and looked carefully from the forehead and brow bone structure down to the mouth and jaw, saying balance is important and examining everything thoroughly.

This is my first time writing a review, so it may be lacking a lot. If you read it, you can probably tell I was satisfied with the consultation, so I think I may have written a lot of positive things. If you leave a comment separately, I’ll answer any questions you have. I hope everyone becomes healthier and prettier..

I’m scheduled for consultations the week after next at Gangnam ㅇㄹㅇ, Sinsa ㄹㅇㅇ, and Sinsa ㅌㅂ, so I’ll leave another review then
