Nasal Cartilage Removal

<Left - before removal (inflammation) Right - after removal> Day 13 after nasal cartilage removal.. 5 years ago, because of inflammation, I had only the silicone removed and lived with the nasal cartilage and cartilage tying left in place. But starting last year, about 2-3 times a year, whenever I was tired or after drinking, inflammation would always come up in the exact same spot as before. It kept getting better whenever I took antibiotics. Then in early May, my nose started throbbing again, and inflammation came up again in that same spot. As someone who absolutely did not want to go back to my old nose, I just wanted to live with it, but I was so stressed, and even after taking medicine, it felt like it was getting bigger and bigger. So I decided to just remove it and tried to book a phone consultation right away, but the famous ㅍㄹㅁ ㄱㅇㅅ in this community said consultation was only available 2 weeks later. Fortunately, ㅅㅅㅇ said I could have a consultation the next day (Saturday), so I took the SRT up from the provinces. I have a child, so I did not have much time, and since I live outside Seoul, I was in a hurry. After the consultation, I asked if they could remove it the same day I came up, and they said it was possible. So a few hours later, I had it removed through a closed approach. (Fortunately, aside from water and coffee, I had not eaten anything, so sedation anesthesia was possible.) Of course, I wanted to have consultations at other hospitals too, (and people say ㅅㅅㅇ is a bit expensive), but with this director, before I had my silicone removed, when he was at ㅅㅈ, I had already consulted him about silicone removal, so I thought maybe this place was just meant to be and entrusted it to him. While removing the nasal cartilage, he said he also untied the cartilage tying, and he said mine was a case where it came undone well.. As someone who does not want to go back to my old nose, my current nose feels like a third nose. Oh, after untying the cartilage tying, my nostril shape changed from triangular to round, so I liked it even more... They showed me what was removed, and two stitches came out.. I wondered if the inflammation was because of these stitches.. it was absurd.. Anyway.. after removing the nasal cartilage, my bulky nose seems to have gotten smaller. Before, my nose was slightly like a half-beoseon shape, but now it seems closer to a straight nose.. Seriously, because of a botched nose surgery, how many years have I suffered... It feels like the transportation costs and this removal cost were more than the original nose surgery cost... Still.. I feel relieved. Everyone, things will go well for you too.....
