Goksaem community review

I was told that if I was going to get nose surgery, I absolutely had to get a consultation at conservative Goksaem, so I went. But if I hadn’t gone, it could have been a huge mistake. My nose is the type that should not have silicone inserted, but the previous clinic had suggested putting silicone in starting from the middle of the nose. I was curious because you can’t see review photos or before-and-after procedure photos on their site, but when you go for a consultation, they show you so many that you feel like shouting, “Please stop showing me.” While looking at those photos, I saw many extreme nose cases, and I was amazed by the technique of rebuilding(?) those noses. Even the nose shapes are pretty. This clinic absolutely does not pursue flashy, high noses like celebrities. They almost never use silicone, and well, you’ll know if you go for a consultation, but they show photos of revision surgery patients whose surgeries were done after removing all the silicone. So, in conclusion! I think people should go here if they are getting their first surgery and truly want a natural and safe nose, or if they need revision surgery and never want to have revision surgery again. (If you’re thinking about nose surgery, I’d say at least get a consultation.) As you can tell from other reviews, the price is very... expensive! I was only raising the nasal tip, but it was over 4 million won haha.. And it was even my first surgery.. Nose surgery really requires caution. Looking at the photos here made me rethink nose surgery. (I even saw someone who had 12 revision surgeries.) Unless your nose is truly unbearable to look at, I hope you don’t get nose surgery.. I also decided not to do it. Good~
