I was told that if I was going to get nose surgery, I absolutely had to get a consultation at conservative Goksaem, so I went. But if I hadn’t gone, it could have been a huge mistake. My nose is the type that should not have silicone inserted, but the previous clinic had suggested putting silicone in starting from the middle of the nose.
