I had a revision surgery, but it ended up too high, so I had it removed. No matter how I think about it, I did not need rib cartilage, but they said it seemed like I had to use it, so I used it. In the end, it was too high, so I removed the silicone and lowered the tip. The scar from the rib cartilage also did not heal nicely. They made it very flashy, and it still looks very much like cosmetic nose surgery. The price was high.
