It felt like they were considering the angle of the nose during the consultation. They said mine was a nose that is naturally large and thick even among men. They recommended a straight-nose line and emphasized that they would do osteotomy so the width of the bridge would not become too narrow, and that they wouldn’t shave off too much (but the photo of the male model on the website was kind of meh..)
