They said they would shave down the hump on the bridge of my nose and use either septal cartilage or ear cartilage for the tip. They said my mouth seemed to protrude a little, but since I’m a man, if I do a straight-nose line it should make my face look sufficiently more recessed.. For the first time in my life, I found out I have a protruding mouth face.
