He said to shave down the hump on the bridge of the nose and use either septal cartilage or ear cartilage for the tip. He said that I seem to have a slightly protruding mouth, but since I'm a man, if I have a straight nose that will be emphasized enough to make me look like I have a protruding mouth.. I had never realized in my life that I looked like I had a protruding mouth.
