6-Month Review After Complete Removal

Hello! I had complete removal done on a cold winter day, and it’s already become hot summer. Time really seems to fly! Time is the best medicine!

I had everything that was in my nose removed: L-shaped silicone, ear cartilage, capsule removal, cartilage repositioning, and a closed approach.

Now that 6 months have passed and I no longer need to go to the clinic, I came to leave my final review!

From one month to two months, I went through the contraction phase. I really hated looking in the mirror. I was so worried that maybe contracture had developed. The clinic prescribed me Rizaben, but after taking one pill, I vomited the next day and it was a mess, so I stopped taking it. Instead, I did the massage the clinic taught me every evening. My nose felt tight, and since it hadn’t fully healed, it was a bit uncomfortable when I massaged it ㅠㅠ For those going through the contraction phase, stay strong. It all comes down!

Starting from the second to third month, the contraction phase began to ease as if it were a lie. It became a bit softer, and my nostrils showed less. Still, I kept doing the massages consistently. The scar tissue inside my nose also shrank to some extent.

From the third month until now, it has become soft enough that I can pretty much make a pig nose. When I visited the clinic and the doctor told me I had “graduated” and didn’t need to come anymore, all the difficult times I had gone through flashed before my eyes, and I was so happy. I thought, now it’s goodbye to my surgically altered nose!

Now it really feels comfortable like my own nose, and I can even pick my nose freelyㅋㅋㅋ Even if my phone falls onto my nose, I’m not worried at all. My nose doesn’t get red in the cold, there’s no pressure sensation, and there’s no see-through appearance at the nasal tip. I also feel at ease because I don’t have to worry about bumping my nose somewhere. The shape of my nose has become natural, but since my nose got lower, I gained some ugliness... I guess that’s only natural, because I had a nose without a bridge... But the nose after removal surgery is comfortable, and I like it much better. Even if I could go back, I would still have had the removal surgery.

I’m not going to get cosmetic surgery anymore. I really want to live comfortably now, like a natural person!!! I hope everyone suffering because of cosmetic surgery gets their problems resolved and becomes happy!
