The doctor said it would take about an hour and a half, but it finished in 2 hours? (He operated only on my nose for over 2 hours without even taking a break.) The surgical method was to leave the nasal tip as it was, remove the silicone, harvest fat from my abdomen, and graft the fat into the space where the silicone had been removed. He said the reason for the fat graft was to help prevent the nose from lifting as contraction occurs. Since it was a removal, I thought it would end easily, but because I had contracture caused by inflammation, he released the contracture and removed unnecessary things inside so meticulously that I felt grateful.. The fat harvesting and grafting were finished very simply. Before surgery, after I had consultations, I posted here and there about the surgical method. I couldn’t find any clinic that grafted fat into the space after removing silicone, so while I was worried, I consulted a doctor in a plastic surgery cafe known as a specialist in eyes and noses, asking if this kind of surgery was okay, and he said it was the doctors’ style. After the consultation, I thought maybe other doctors don’t do this method because it’s troublesome. During surgery, I was touched by how hard and meticulously the doctor worked to release the adhesions in my nose, so I even gave the nurse 100,000 won and told them to buy snacks. It isn’t a famous place, but it has some word of mouth, and the doctor is genuinely amazing and kind. He told me not to worry because the lifted part should come down a lot after about 3-4 months. Please, I just want to recover well and finally end these exhausting nose surgeries.
I went to the hospital today. If the swelling keeps going down like this, I’ll be completely satisfied. My original nose was also upturned, but it seems to be coming down well. More than anything, maybe because there is still swelling, my impression looks better lol The doctor is also so kind and good, but it’s a shame that the hospital isn’t well known. If you want a satisfying removal like I did, definitely go for a consultation.. I spent 2 years only worrying, and it feels like such a waste of time. It’s this relieving and good..
