Honestly, my goal was correction of the crooked nose. We agreed to only slightly do the glabella and slightly do the nasal bridge, but the doctor, on his own, did tip suturing and cartilage grafting, and after surgery, damage to the left alar cartilage caused nostril asymmetry, columellar retraction, and an upturned nose. As for the shape.. one doctor told me, "It had become a Black person's nose."
I was so shocked, and my biggest thought was wanting to go back to my original state. (Second surgery) At a revision-specialized hospital near Exit 7 of Sinsa Station, with the hospital director who owns the building. I asked him to put it back the way it was. I’m not even the type who talks a lot, and when I asked him to restore it, he scolded me, saying my answer was long and that I talked too much. Still, pride or whatever aside, I thought it would be fine as long as he put it back the way it was, so I went into surgery. But what kind of confidence was that? He raised my nasal tip however he wanted. The mesh he secretly put inside my nose pierced through from inside, and since I already had columellar retraction, he raised the nose even more as much as possible, so the columellar retraction became extremely severe ㅜㅜ I barely endured each day in tears. @Columellar retraction worsened @Mesh secretly placed inside the left side of the nose pierced through @Nasal tip raised @Columellar scar became stepped/uneven @Because of lengthening, the nasal tip does not move and is hard They said the mesh that pierced through inside my nose had to be removed immediately, but I felt like my nose wouldn’t be able to withstand it, so I barely held on. (Third surgery) Reconstruction hospital in Apgujeong The only part that was my original appearance was the hump area of my nose, so I begged them never to touch it before going into surgery. The surgery plan was removal and reconstruction. From what I felt, it was hard to take apart, and because it would be obvious they didn’t take it apart due to the hump, they shaved the surrounding hump however they wanted. Well, even that much.. Where did the butterfly graft even come from.. Because of the butterfly graft, it was hard to breathe in, my breathing sounded rough, and my nasal dorsum looked wide too. @And the columellar retraction correction that was actually supposed to be done was insufficient, so a few days later I went in for revision surgery. According to the director, he didn’t do it because I asked him to use only the minimum amount of cartilage. Ha... Yes, I trusted him and went into surgery. Then that same person, who had said there would be no discomfort from a columellar strut because of columellar retraction, must have done septal extension, because half of my nose is stiff and hard again ㅜㅜ And before surgery I said my original nose had a drooping tip, and that I disliked the semi-ski-slope style, so I even drew a picture asking them to return it to my original drooping nose, but now the nasal tip looks foreign... ha, the butterfly graft was better, if anything. Columellar retraction correction.. I thought there was something special after reading the blog. After surgery, I said, "I wanted removal and reconstruction, and I said I wanted to return to my original appearance. How is this nose different from another revision surgery?" It’s a mini version of rhinoplasty... I had hope that I could go back to my original state.. What even is this.. And after the first surgery, some stitches were not removed, so I specifically asked them to remove them cleanly, but there was thread embedded like a dot, so I went to a plastic surgery clinic near my home to try to get it removed, but it wouldn’t come out ㅜㅜ so stressful.. They insist until the end that they didn’t do lengthening. Today I went to a plastic surgery clinic, and they just touched the nasal tip and said, "You have septal extension." It reminded me of the doctor at the first hospital. One patient a day. A thug. He pretended to listen, then ignored everything and operated however he wanted, and took a lot of money.
As for the nose shape, with the hump shaved down and all, it looks like the skull Voldemort nose from Harry Potter ㅜㅜ My rhinitis has gotten worse too.
