This place is unusual in that the director comes before the manager. Usually it’s manager > doctor > manager, but here it’s director > doctor > manager. The director seemed irritated, probably because the person before me had upset him. But there was no need to take it out on me too. He answered basic questions with an attitude like they were obvious, but when I asked questions that seemed like I had actually thought them through, he answered sincerely and his expression softened. The manager said she had worked here for 15 years. She has a sharp gaze and speaks well, but she gives off the vibe of a neighborhood real-estate agent auntie. She shared a lot of information that helped me understand the clinic’s style, so I think it would be good to ask the manager all sorts of things. The consultation fee was 5,000 won, and in the evening after I got off work, there was only one other person waiting besides me. The surgery price didn’t seem to get discounted no matter what, and it was basically fixed-price, so that made me trust them a bit.
