I wrote a review, but they deleted it without a sound, so I am writing it again lol I went last winter, when it was really cold, and struggled all the way there for the consultation. As soon as I went in, the director would not even make eye contact and spoke in a cold tone, so I got scared and could not even ask questions lol When they asked if I had anything I wanted to know, it made me feel as if I was somehow the one at fault like a patient who had done something wrong. I do not know how skilled they are, but I think they should fix their attitude toward patients. Who can comfortably go get a consultation like that? The consultation fee was insanely high. They showed me before-and-after photos, and even if the photos belonged to patients who had already had surgery, they looked so identical that it was almost unbelievable lol It was a hospital that left me with zero expectations, so I never want to go again. The surgery cost is ridiculously high, and if there is no effect, I feel like my eyes would roll out, so I decided not to deal with it at all. Please have some kindness for the patients who come for consultations. A hospital with no customers probably has a reason.
