My thighs had always been a concern, so I had liposuction. There was an anesthesiology specialist, and from the director onward, everyone strongly emphasized safety, which I liked. It felt like it took about 3 months for all the swelling to go down completely. Before the surgery, pants bought from regular shopping malls were always too small, but after the surgery, I can now fit into size large, so the overall volume was reduced. For thighs, which also have muscle, the effect is basically like the swelling in your legs going down.
