I got a consultation for a hump nose + functional surgery, and it went coordinator - doctor - coordinator. The coordinator was very kind and explained everything in detail. The doctor also pointed out everything I wanted addressed and consulted me in a way that felt like he wanted to improve it even just a little, which I liked. He said not to do osteotomy, so at least that eased my worries, but he recommended using donor rib cartilage because my septum is deviated, so I’m still debating it.
