Honestly, unless the nose is clearly one that needs major improvement, it is not great.. If it is not something like a severe hump nose, I do not think it would be a good fit.. They do not seem to catch details very well either. Usually, if a hospital does not take CT scans, they would also look inside the nose and examine it by touch, but here they just judge based on the external appearance. At other hospitals, they also consider things like a severely deviated septum and whether to use ear cartilage, depending on the situation.. But here they only look at the outside, decide the septum does not seem deviated, and say surgery can be done as is.
