I think there were two coordinators, one for the surgery consultation and one for the pricing explanation, and both were so kind,,, especially the consultation coordinator, who caught all of my worries and concerns before I met the surgeon and explained things so kindly that by the time I saw the surgeon, the questions I wanted to ask were already well organized, which helped a lot.
The clinic is small but clean, just with a bit of a dermatology-clinic feel?
The surgeon was cynical but had a gentle feel.. In particular, he recommended silicone plus septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and I really liked the materials. Honestly, if he had mentioned rib cartilage, I would have hesitated. He touched my previously operated nose and matched the surgical method, silicone thickness, and starting point exactly, so I felt that a specialty nose clinic really is different.
They said post-op management and treatment would all be finished in one week, but they would provide more if needed. That part was also positive for me as someone who works.. They also said the splint could come off after about 4 days depending on the condition,,,
Like others said, the lack of before-and-after photos is the biggest concern, but I think I will go to a few more clinics and then decide!!
