- Reason I chose cosmetic two-jaw surgery: Because it is a major surgery, I went to several consultations, but the kind director told me everything, including the surgical plan and the amount of movement The amount of movement was 5.8 mm posterior movement of the maxilla and 9.1 mm posterior movement of the mandible. Also, there were quite a lot of non-orthodontic two-jaw surgery cases like mine. He confidently said that two-jaw surgery is possible for cosmetic purposes and even without orthodontic treatment, so my trust went up +100 Other reasons I chose this place were no urinary catheter, no intermaxillary fixation, postoperative care, hospitalization in a private room, only 1 surgery reservation per day, CCTV, provision of surgery video, etc., which were +100 for me

Hospital route - I learned about the hospital through the director's blog 2. -Day of consultation- reception - CT scan - preliminary consultation with the consultant - consultation with the director - set surgery date - blood test - internal medicine examination - dental impression 3. Day of surgery - arrived at hospital at 9:30 - preoperative photo shoot - signed surgical consent form and received precautions - washed face and changed clothes in private inpatient room - final consultation with the director before entering the operating room - moved to operating room - general anesthesia - recovery room 4. After surgery - first follow-up on day 7, was told the surgical facial length change had decreased by 7~8 mm / second follow-up at 2 weeks, wafer X elastics - 4 weeks, mouth opening check!
-Surgery review I think two-jaw surgery really is a dangerous surgery Honestly, on the day of surgery I regretted it like crazy, and until day 5, looking at my face swollen so much, I thought I shouldn't have done it... But strangely, the swelling changed every week at 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and even though there was swelling, seeing my face shape definitely shorter and smaller, without a protruding mouth or protrusive lip line, I think I felt more excitement than worry~~ Some people around me even didn't recognize... me... People around me who know I had two-jaw surgery say wow, you're a different person, so that says it all...ㅋㅋ People I meet after a long time don't really recognize me Cosmetic two-jaw surgery that I thought I would never be able to do until the end... I don't have a prognathic jaw, and I had surgery only for aesthetic purposes, but after doing it, I really have no regrets Recovery was fast too, so at week 6 I even traveled overseas, enjoyed activities and massages without much difficulty, and took so many life photosㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Now three months have passed, and if a stranger sees me, they have no idea I had two-jaw surgery. That's how natural it is (no two-jaw-surgery mouth look) Externally, I'm so satisfied, and now I think everything is at the point where time will solve it. My mouth still feels stuffy inside haha, but it's only uncomfortable when I think about it? I speak well, I can feel facial sensation everywhere, and if there is any dull area, it's just that I can't feel the roof of my mouth much, nothing else reallyㅋㅋ I'm happy because I feel like I received the biggest surgery of my life safely and satisfactorily, and I'm truly grateful to the director who performed the surgery safely and well.
