I had my first nose surgery 4 years ago with autologous dermis for the bridge and tip, and septum repositioning for the tip. Since I’m such a scaredy-cat and had a strong aversion to implants, I chose autologous dermis even for my first surgery... Since it would probably get absorbed a lot anyway, and the director’s style is naturally subtle, I kept begging until the moment anesthesia started for it to be done without being noticeable But the result was that there was no difference in the before-and-after There is still some autologous dermis left, but maybe 1 mm? The nose tip just became stiff for nothing But who can I blame? It’s my fault.. The director is kind and nice.. and the aftercare is good too.
