The consultation manager kindly and thoroughly explained what kind of procedure would be done and the current condition of my nose. I had gone in thinking about even doing cartilage-binding, but the doctor said I didn’t need to go that far and that just reducing the nostrils would be enough to see a good effect, which gave me confidence. He also explained how much to reduce it by, and how far it could be reduced at most. I didn’t ask for a reduction by a specific number of millimeters; I just asked him to do it naturally without ruining my current image, and left it up to the doctor. The surgery was done under sedation, so I didn’t feel any pain at all, and they said that if needed afterward I could come in for consultation and keratin care. But the surgery went well and I was very satisfied, so I only went in to remove the stitches and haven’t returned since.
