It has been 2 years since I had implant-free surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip, shaving down the hump a little, and grafting cartilage to the nasal tip and bridge area. Thankfully, the nasal tip is holding up well, so I feel somewhat reassured now. Since there is no implant, I do not have much fear about contracture or inflammation, so I’m very happy. Wishing everyone happiness~~
