I went in for a rhinoplasty consultation, but it was so different from the direction I wanted that I did not get as far as deciding on surgery, although the consultation itself was excellent. They explained things very thoroughly, weighing several possibilities, and also showed before-and-after photos while explaining the materials used for the surgery.
