I said I might later have revision rhinoplasty or nasal tip surgery, so although we had originally planned to cut 3.5-4 mm on the outer side, they said they cut 2.5-3.5 mm. It’s not like I did it hoping for a huge change anyway lol Even right after, it doesn’t really look pinched. The thick-looking nostril wing when viewed from the side seems to be gone too. I think it was a pretty okay surgery for me.
