When I said I might later have revision rhinoplasty or nasal tip surgery, they said they had originally planned to cut 3.5-4 mm on the lateral side, but cut 2.5-3.5 instead. It's not like I did it expecting a huge change anyway lol Even immediately after, it doesn't look that pinched. The thickness of the nasal ala when seen from the side also seems to have disappeared, and I think it was a pretty okay surgery for me
