I’ve had nose filler about twice, and it still hasn’t been a year. I’m having nose surgery on the 24th of this month, and they’ll dissolve the filler and do the surgery on the same day. Has anyone dissolved nose filler on the day of surgery? For reference, they said 4 mm of silicone will be inserted, and they said the nasal tip would be done with donated costal cartilage, but since it’s my first surgery, I want it to be firm and safe, so I said I wanted to use autologous costal cartilage, and they said there’s no need to use autologous costal cartilage....
