I had rhinoplasty with silicone in 2002 and lived well, satisfied with it, but after about 16 to 17 years passed, side effects occurred. The area between my eyebrows swelled, there was an odor from my nose that only I could smell, and eventually the nasal tip began to fester and pus came out. So while I was considering revision surgery, I had become sick of silicone side effects and learned about autologous dermis. I had revision rhinoplasty on July 18 at ㅂㄴ, which specializes only in autologous dermis rhinoplasty~~ I was worried that the avatar-like appearance during the absorption process after autologous dermis surgery would feel very awkward and burdensome, but after surgery, the awkwardness of that period passed faster than I expected. Now it is becoming more and more natural. I also worried that the shape might not be as pretty as silicone and might look unattractive, but I am satisfied with the shape too. Most of all, I am satisfied again and again because I feel I can now be free from the fear of side effects. Of the attached photos, two are from one week after surgery, and the two below are from now. The side view is still quite high, but the front view is completely natural. They were taken with an iPhone camera.
