I had a closed rhinoplasty with ear cartilage here, but lately I’ve been looking into revision surgery. I have a slightly bulbous nose, but because it was done closed, it didn’t improve at all, and after consulting several places I learned that with the closed method, it’s hard to improve the overall design. Since it’s a simple surgery and the operation time is short, I don’t know why they didn’t explain enough about it... If they had, I would have chosen open surgery instead. My nose is also crooked, and here, less than a week after the splint came off, blood collected from my nose to the glabella, so I had to go to the clinic and have it all drawn out with a syringe, which was really hard.
