I am the type who at least has some nasal tip, but no nasal bridge.
The starting point was lowered just very slightly, by about a quarter.
First, the surgery started in the morning on the day and was completed by the afternoon, all in one day, and you can go home right away. On the day of surgery, I did not swell severely. When I slept that day, I struggled a bit at dawn because my butt hurt. I forgot to take painkillers before sleeping, so I had a harder time. When I woke up, my eyes looked extremely close together. I swelled badly until day 2, then it gradually went down. I ordered and drank 30 packs of pumpkin juice.
For me, my butt was more uncomfortable than my nose. When going up stairs, taking the bus, and during all kinds of activities, I moved awkwardly and carefully. After removing the bandage on my nose, I looked in the mirror and thought, wow, this looks so strange, what if it does not go down? Looking back now, I think I worried for nothing because it was going to go down on its own, but since it is the face, even after reading reviews saying it would go down by itself, I think it is inevitable to think that way at first.

Oh, I do not look at the buttock wound often, but I only changed the paper tape once a week, and from 6 months on I did not do anything. If you dislike the look of scars, you can take a bit more care of it. There is no real hindrance in daily life now, but there is a sore, pressure-like feeling as if something is inside.
Currently, at 9 months, that pressure-like feeling has decreased compared with day 150, but it is still there.
These are current photos, and yesterday I heard that my nose is pretty. When I said it was natural, they believed me.
