Review after silicone removal

I had surgery to remove the silicone that had been used for augmentation after I developed a saddle nose following rhinitis surgery They placed ear cartilage in the depressed area I'm still wearing a splint The height and length of my original nose were on the good side, but I guess it won't become exactly the same as before Because including the rhinitis surgery, my columella has been opened three times Right before going into surgery, we discussed that although we had decided to place a columellar strut, after opening it up, they would avoid doing it if possible After opening it, they said it seemed unnecessary, so they didn't put it in I don't know what result that will lead to, but for now, I think it was the right decision I joined this community, but my level hasn't been upgraded, so I can't see other people's vivid comments, which is frustrating It seems like everyone wants to remove everything, but once they actually remove it, they say it feels empty Because the cotton packing inside my nose is blocking it, I can't sleep, so I came to this cafe to try to calm my anxious mind Please, I really hope... my nose turns out not looking awkward
