I had an old L-shaped silicone implant completely removed with a closed approach. They said the L-shaped silicone had been in my nasal tip and had made it spread out, so they only did cartilage binding. But after removing the splint, both nostrils are uneven ㅠㅠ I asked the hospital, and they said there is still a lot of swelling around the columella, so we should wait and see, and they will see me at next week’s visit. Please, I hope it goes back to how it was. Is there anyone like me?
