I'm a man. The first time, when I was twenty and knew nothing, I had surgery at ㄱㄹㄷ, and the surgeon was 쉐닥, so there was a huge mess once. I had a revision surgery at another hospital in a hurry and lived without an implant, then had another revision at Mint. The doctor himself isn't the type to dangerously raise the height too much, so I asked him to make it as high as possible, and I'm satisfied with it now. It has a 6 mm silicone implant, with donated rib cartilage and septal cartilage at the tip. It isn't some flashy nose, but it's a nose that gives a slightly refined impression, and I'm happy with it.
