I originally had a bulbous nose.. I got alar reduction. At first, because of the characteristics of a bulbous nose, even though I didn’t have much of a nasal tip, I was very satisfied that my nostrils had become smaller.. But it gradually seems to be returning to its original size ㅠㅠ I also have a scar under my nose, so I’ve even been asked whether I had alar reductionㅠㅠ I think I’ll have to do it again..
