It’s been almost 7 years since I had rhinoplasty.. After the surgery, I had some discomfort because I could feel something inside my nostril, but it was manageable enough, so I endured it and lived with it. Recently it hurt a lot, so I went to the hospital and they said the silicone had tilted to the sideㅠㅜ I think I’ll need revision surgery. It’s not contracture, but I really think it’s important for the silicone to settle in the correct position early after surgery. It’s been so long that I can’t be sure or prove whether it was like this from the beginning or whether it gradually became this way, which is frustrating.. Even if it could be proven, they’d probably only say they’ll do a revision.. I don’t think I can trust that place enough to have revision surgery there again.. When I looked into it again, they had used materials they hadn’t mentioned back then. I really think you need to research the hospital and the surgery carefullyㅠ Even though at the time I thought I had researched as much as I couldㅠ I’m really upsetㅠ
