I had surgery about 10 years ago. Overall, I’m not very satisfied. My facial fat did go down a little compared to before the surgery, but the effect after the first surgery was so small that I went back to the hospital and they did a free AS correction for me. (They were a bit unfriendly when I went in for the revision.) My chin fat is almost the same, but the doctor did say that depending on the salivary glands or the submental skin tissue, the jawline may not come out clearly. There were no major side effects, but since they punctured the chin area twice with a liposuction needle?, I have some scar tissue there. It doesn’t bother me much, though..
