Because I had surgery on my arms and abdomen, it was so uncomfortable that I skipped aftercare, so I crammed my aftercare sessions in this week But the elasticity felt different the next day
And the abdomen definitely has severe lumpiness ㅠㅠㅠ Once I stopped wearing the abdominal binder, there was more swelling that protruded forward The swelling in my love handles and lower abdomen is no joke
I keep rolling my abdomen with a foam roller too, but honestly, when I was wearing the binder, the binder itself was uncomfortable, so I just stood around or went for walks
Also, I think you really have to be careful wearing underwear for the abdomen... You need to wear the compression garment properly for the line to come out well
I’m definitely going to abdominal aftercare every week....!! I’ll leave another review after aftercare
