What I liked first was that the director did a good job with the consultation! The reviews also had a clean, well-organized feel overall, which I liked, and the director explained things very specifically. Since the explanations were so detailed, I felt like it made the trust level go up too! But initially I was only thinking about eye fat removal, and they did talk a bit about other things too. I was glad I could hear about a few different things since I was already taking the time to consult.
