7 years ago, I had only my nasal bridge augmented with I-shaped silicone. I had no side effects at all and no one around me knew, but I felt like the silicone had shifted and looked obvious, so I had posted that I wanted to remove it.
I finally removed it!
The hospital where I had the surgery was far away, and I couldn’t find it when I searched, so I went to three hospitals around Gangnam. The prices were all the same.
So among them, I removed it at the ENT clinic where I had a CT scan and examination, and did rhinitis surgery at the same time.
People around me asked why I was removing it and said I would become uglier, so I wavered for a moment and wondered whether I should not remove the silicone. But the hospital said its position wasn’t very good... I was also stressed because the silicone was placed too high.
It was done with a closed approach, and they said there was no silicone-related inflammation. I removed 4 mm. I had kept the splint on, and now I took it off, took photos, and am uploading them.
On the first day, I barely swelled, then on days 2 and 3, swelling came up under my eyes, and it gradually went down. Today is day 5, and after taking it off, when I look from the front, it feels a bit empty, but I’m satisfied for now, and there is slight bruising. I didn’t do ice packs often; I just placed one on briefly before bed and slept lying straight on my back.
I hope it doesn’t sink any more....ㅠㅠ It’s so low right now.. I’ll have to practice nose shadingㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

My nose has become less defined, but..
People don’t know unless I tell them.
First of all, I like my forehead line.
From the front, it definitely looks a bit less defined, but with shading it’s acceptable. I’m now getting used to my face.
