I went with huge expectations for Director Gye after a recommendation from a hospital staff member. First of all, I was disappointed by the manager’s condescending? careless? attitude. They made a subtle comment along the lines of not asking the doctor about things like the surgery method or process. Said they would explain everything themselves.. When I went in, there was a nurse-like person standing there, and when I tried to ask about the surgery method or details, it felt like they were dodging answers as if I were asking about money (like they found answering tiring). I had to ask questions very carefully, and they weren’t authoritarian, but maybe they were tired? I couldn’t ask any more…
