I went with huge expectations for the chief doctor, based on a recommendation from someone at the clinic. First, I was disappointed by the head coordinator's condescending? indifferent? attitude. They briefly mentioned that I should not ask the doctor about the surgical method or process, saying that they would explain everything themselves.. When I went in, there was a nurse-like person standing beside me, and whenever I tried to ask about the surgical method or details, they avoided answering as if I were talking about money (like they were tired of answering). I had to be very careful with my questions, and they were not authoritarian, but maybe they were tired? I could not ask any more. When I actually looked confused, they said, "If you do not understand, then okay~ haha," and rather than feeling ignored, I think they were probably tired because it was my first consultation. Maybe they were tired of dealing with everyone, but the attitude still leaves me disappointed with the clinic to this day. It would have been better to visit after knowing a lot more...
