The consultation lasted about 25 minutes, just like I had seen in many reviews. They actually kept asking if I had anything else to ask, but I said no and left, so it took about 25 minutes. If I had kept asking questions, I think it could have gone on for almost an hour... They explained everything with a lot of effort. They even showed me photos and told me things before I asked. At the end of the consultation, there was something I didn’t get to ask about, but they said I could contact them by email if I had any questions. Like the reviews said, they didn’t give me 100% certainty, but after looking at my original nose photos, they said the chance of it sticking up was low, and the chance of the columella drooping was also low. They said they’d have to open it up to know where the hump would be shaved. They didn’t promise certainty, and of course there are always exceptions, so I thought it would be hard to guarantee 100%. Still, hearing that the chances were low put me at ease.
