I went in for a consultation for hump nose surgery, and both the director and the manager consulted with me. The director emphasized safety and recommended only a small amount of silicone for the bridge and only cartilage repositioning for the tip. He recommends surgery in a way that minimizes side effects as much as possible. And he has a strong pride in being the place with the fewest side effects.
