I looked into revision nose surgery and went for a consultation after seeing another person’s review. The hospital was clean, !and the consultation manager was very empathetic and kind. I have a contractive nose, my nostrils show a lot, and they are uneven. They recommended autologous costal cartilage and mentioned lowering the columella. And because I’m asymmetrical, they said it might not all work in one go, so as someone who lives far away, I’m worried
