I didn’t get an implant, and they only used my septal cartilage and ear cartilage to shape the nasal tip line. Since my nasal bones were on the wider side, I wanted a slim nose, so after consulting with the director, I even had osteotomy done. I thought the swelling would be quite severe, but it didn’t swell that much. If it was a bit swollen before the stitches were removed, after they were removed, the swelling just went down quickly. I already had some nasal bridge height, so there wasn’t anything to touch in terms of height. I just hoped the line would turn out pretty and slim, and I think it came out just right.
