Of all the places I went for alar reduction consultations, this was the one that treated patients most ethically. They told me whether nose surgery would or wouldn’t be recommended depending on a person’s face. I went there for alar reduction, but alar reduction got rejected. They told me that my nose was one that didn’t really need it, and if I still wanted to decide, then I should do the tip. Other clinics always said you just need to reduce the alar a certain amount, but here they honestly told me that if I did alar reduction, I wouldn’t get much effect, to the point that even the consultation manager next to them looked flustered. It was trustworthy, but I wasn’t interested in anything except alar reduction, so I didn’t go as far as surgery.
