Before <Before surgery: thin nose with silicone showing through, pinched nose.> <Used autologous costal cartilage, no implant, surgery with dermis; currently 10 months after surgery> Surgery in July 2020. Thin skin, long nose, and at the time of the previous surgery, the pinched nose looked unsightly, so I had functional surgery and cosmetic surgery performed together. Removed the autologous costal cartilage and silicone, proceeded without an implant, and supplemented the weakness of thin skin with artificial dermis. I struggled because the minor swelling did not go down for about 7 months, but now the minor swelling seems to be going down a bit. The pinched nose has loosened to some extent. I am generally satisfied with the functional aspects too. But there is still a fishy smell like the smell of pus inside my nose.
