Breast Surgery Reviews@breast-review

Random thoughts 2 years after surgery

I came here to look into dental orthodontic treatment and ended up scribbling this down.. This is just rambling with no useful information. I recommend reading it when you have way too much time and want to somehow waste it..

1. I don’t regret it, but it’s not that great either I’m someone who prefers even facial cosmetic surgery to look natural! So I wonder why, for breasts, I got fixated on “definitely big!!” and kept asking for the maximum.. Even 2 years ago, and even x years ago when I first wanted breast surgery, everyone who had already had surgery unanimously said to go big no matter what. I don’t know what the mood is like these days. Since keywords like feminism, corset-free, etc. have appeared in the meantime..

2. There are actually a lot more restrictions on what I wear. I can’t wear tight T-shirts because they feel burdensome.. I can’t walk around with my shoulders straight.. I used to like dressing up heavily, fitted clothes, short clothes, that kind of thing (that’s probably why I wanted the surgery) But after surgery, I don’t wear them at all. It’s not because effortless style is trendy, since I’m not originally the type to act according to trends. Thinking of it positively, I stopped obsessing over femininity -even if I’m dressed like a monk like this, I’m hiding something incredible inside, hehe- But if I’m honest with myself too, it feels burdensome.. so I can’t show it. 3. And I really, really have no interest in men eitherㅠ Since I can’t show it through clothes anymore, the fact that I have large breasts has become a secret only I knowㅋ What am I supposed to use this for??

4. The top priority for me was texture, so I chose smooth, but I don’t know if it’s good. It could be a matter of skin/tissue characteristics, or the doctor’s skill. Or some other issue? Or maybe this is good, and teardrop-shaped implants are really hopeless, but I just can’t be satisfied? It’s so difficult. I studied for 2 years before surgery, but the result is so different from what I expected ;_ ; I’ve had a lot of surgeries and procedures here and there, so I can confidently give advice like “this is this!” but breast surgery is the one thing I couldn’t advise on even if someone asked me to. If I say one bold thing, I think texture is luck of the draw, and it may be better to go into the operating room without expecting anything at all..? Don’t believe internet reviews saying, “My texture is really good ^3^,” either. (1. There’s no guarantee that person’s tissue characteristics are the same as mine 2. That person may be satisfied with that level of texture, etc. Even judging texture seems to be based on extremely personal standards)

5. Nevertheless, the final fantasy created by my obsession with texture. I wonder if I would have gotten the smooth texture I imagined if I had gone with smooth implants, but at a hospital that does massage, and additionally used a surgical method other than dual-plane.. (Was it above the muscle? But these days most surgeries are dual-plane, so I’m not sure about this) As far as I know, smooth implants that require massage usually use the old method (?) of making a large pocket so the implant can move around freely in that space, but if they operate the same way as other implants, where is our smooth implant supposed to move around..? Since there’s no space to move, it just sits there like that... ....... This is a non-expert opinion......

6. (Based on only one case, mine) The doctor’s most honest words: Once it goes inside the body, it’s all the same anyway^^~ There’s no difference in texture~ 7. (Timid rebuttal) ......Then aren’t textured, Bellagel, smooth, with a chip, without a chip, all the same? Why bother doing the expensive one? ㅠㅅ ㅠ

8. If I’d done teardrop implants instead, would the shape at least have been pretty? These days I’m trying to practice straightening my shoulders, but it feels so awkward ㅠ

9. I had a friend who knew I had surgery and said she wanted to do it too, even went for a consultation, but she happened to glimpse my breasts a little and hasn’t brought up surgery since ㅋ... (When I bent at the waist, I didn’t manage the front of my top well, so the inner side of my breasts was all visible)

10. Around 2 months after surgery, I posted in a cafe that I was worried because the size was too big, and I was shocked by comments along the lines of “men like big ones,” so I stopped going there.

11. Still, I don’t want to remove them, and I think I should’ve gone with a moderate size.. Or maybe get filler little by little when needed? Fat grafting has case-by-case survival, and first of all, I’m a lifelong dieter, so I don’t think it would work for me. Considering revision surgery has a lot of burdensome factors like money, scars, etc. ㅠ.ㅠ

12. Breast surgery was the peak of my vanity. (+tattooㅋ.ㅋ) I’m currently on unpaid leave because of COVID...... If this were an object, I think I would’ve sold it immediately ㅋㅋㅋ

13. Ah, the best thing! I can go around without wearing a bra. The reason is that the shape is held as if I’m wearing a bra...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Thinking about it differently, that may mean it looks super obvious. But it is comfortable. I just wear nipple covers. Pretty underwear? I have no interest in it. Right after surgery, during the period when I had to wear a wireless bra, I bought one from Uniqlo once, and I haven’t bought one since.

Lastly, I’m 161/48 (but I have a lower-body-heavy body type, so my upper body is very thin), rib cage 70, AA cup, and my tissue texture is just slime.. When people touch my upper arm, they faint from how good it feels and faint from surprise ㅋ I think I got 275 smooth implants. The incision was inframammary. I don’t have any bodily discomfort or side effects. Even if I do, I might just not pay much attention because I dislike living sensitively. Up to 6 months after surgery, there are a lot of posts because of review discounts, but after that, there aren’t many, right? I think it’s because, like me, everyone is living fine without problems ㅋ.ㅋ I logged in after a long time and saw the review I wrote 2 years ago, and it was fun. I scribbled this down hoping there might someday be another amusing thing, for me~ If comments are posted, I’ll only pick the ones I want to answer and reply ㅋㅋ.. Be happy!
