I thought about breast augmentation for about 10 years and finally did it the year before last. I’m tall at 171 cm and weigh in the low 60 kg range. My rib cage is on the wide side, circumference 80. I got Motiva 300/320 put in. I became a full C cup.
1. Feel It just feels like there are water balloons inside. (It’s definitely not hard.) It may be an issue with my skin/tissue quality, or my expectations may have been high. The hospital says this is good, but well;; I think it’s true that surgery can’t create a feel just like real breasts. It’s probably better not to expect that.
2. Shape My breasts were kind of hopeless: wide-set, asymmetrical, slightly pigeon chest, and the nipple levels didn’t match. With surgery, instead of making the nipple positions level, the inframammary fold heights are different. (The hospital explained this part in a lot of detail and said that if the height bothered me, they could also do surgery to align the fold. But I didn’t want scars, so I just didn’t do it.) Because volume was added, the wide-set look seems a little less obvious, but they’re still wide-set all the same... If I gather them with a push-up bra, I get cleavage and it looks pretty. But if I wear a padded bra, my breasts feel really compressed and tired. (Maybe because pressure is being applied to the implants?) People with small breasts will know whether their own breasts are uneven or not. Since there isn’t much flesh itself, it’s hard to tell. The director said they were uneven, so I believed him and entrusted it to him, and different implant sizes were used. When I lie down, it’s obvious I had breast surgery. I guess that can’t be helped. Still, it’s much better than not having done it, so I’m satisfied.
3. Hospital review Since I live outside Seoul and can’t go to Seoul often, I looked for a place where the surgery would be finished in one go rather than a place with meticulous aftercare. But there were a lot of post-op visit days. I think I paid about 9.4 million won in cash. I paid for peace of mind, so it didn’t feel like a waste. The breast father was a bit older. I think it was good that I did it before his hands started shaking. The consultants weren’t that friendly, but the nurses were kind. Maybe because there were a lot of patients, every time I saw the director it was almost a 5-second cut.
4. Surgery review I had it through the armpit. The director only does transaxillary incisions, so I just trusted him and did it. I think that was a good choice. The scar just looks like an armpit crease. And it didn’t hurt to the point of dying. You only struggle for about 5 days. In one review, someone said their arm couldn’t reach to wipe after pooping, so they couldn’t wipe. Hmm... true. You can’t use your arms freely to that extent. But you can just use a bidet. The director had said he barely causes bleeding during surgery and that I wouldn’t have a blood drainage bag, but what do you know, when I woke up from anesthesia, I had one. When they pulled out the tube connected to the blood drainage bag, it really stung and hurt. In the end, there were no surgery-related problems, so I’m satisfied.
4. Other Someone below said that after surgery, wearing a bra or not wearing one feels the same, and I completely, extremely relate. Since a padded bra is already built into my body, I don’t really wear underwear much. But the hospital says they can sag, so they told me I must wear one. As for clothes, I do end up wearing fitted clothes. I have breast volume now, but I already have quite a bit of belly fat, so not super tight, just something that fits around the chest moderately; because my breasts were originally wide-set, even if I wear something low-cut, I don’t have cleavage, so it doesn’t look that sexy. Now that there’s volume in my breasts, when I’m completely naked, my arms and waist look thinner. But there’s no one to show myself completely naked to, and I’m judging by myself, so it’s not objective (tears)
